ATHIR — User Guide

Every session leaves an impact.

Getting Started

Sign up with your email or Google account, and choose Arabic or English — you can switch anytime from the header. Your profile fills in progressively: add your age, goal, and experience level whenever you like from Settings, at your own pace.

Logging a Workout

Tap "Log a Workout" from your dashboard. Choose Traditional Strength for a live session with a rest timer and automatic personal-record detection, or Log Other Activity for one of 15 types — yoga, running, swimming, cycling, and more. Heart rate and location are both optional on every type.

Templates

Save any workout as a template from its summary screen, then start from it again next time instead of building it from scratch.

Tracking Your Health

Log your weight, body measurements, and progress toward a target weight anytime from the Health tab. Add health or injury notes from Settings, alongside the rest of your profile.

Connecting with a Coach

Invite a coach by email, or accept an invite from one. You choose exactly what they can see: View Only, Log Access (they can log sessions for you), or Full Access (they can also edit and message you). You can change or remove this access at any time.

Add ATHIR to Your Home Screen

On iPhone: tap the Share icon in Safari, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android: tap Install when the prompt appears — you can dismiss it and it won't ask again if you choose "Don't ask again."

Your Account

Manage your profile, language, and notification preferences from Settings. You can sign out or delete your account entirely at any time, also from Settings.

For Coaches

Switch into Coach Mode from the header to manage your clients — log sessions for them, build and assign templates, and view their progress, all within whatever access each client has personally granted you. One thing worth knowing: you can never delete a client's session yourself, even with full access. You can only request it, and they decide whether to confirm or keep it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my coach delete my workouts?

No. A coach can only request that a session be deleted — you're always the one who decides, and can decline to keep it.

What's the difference between View Only, Log Access, and Full Access?

View Only lets a coach see your training and health history. Log Access adds the ability to log sessions for you. Full Access adds editing your entries, sending you plans, and messaging.

Is my personal information private?

Yes. Sensitive details like your name, birthday, health notes, and workout location are encrypted, and advertisers never receive any personally identifiable information.

Can I edit a health entry after saving it?

Not yet — delete the entry and log a new one with the correct details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and choose Delete Account. This is permanent and can't be undone.

I don't see a coach's invite I was expecting.

Check that they invited the same email address you signed up with — invites are matched by email.
